Pulled EGR valve
Took it out today to check and clean, I am still having issues with the thing bucking in the mornings after 5-10 min. of worm up. It busks jerks at aroung 45 -55 mph at a steady speed. Turck has 75700 miles on it. Other than this issue and poor milage it is fine. After taking the valve out and cleaning per the tec files looked in the intake and scared the crap out of me it was full of gunky soot. what should I look into doing next. This is my first Ford PSD, it will only do this in the moring when stiil warming up. Did have back to the dealer but the told me at the time that the cleaned the valve then and re flashed it, I did check check of codes and did not have any it does show the latest flash is in it as of the Nov. flash.
allso when idling in the morings it smoke like a train, a white color it smells like fuel, but after 10 min. or so it stops. No smoke other than in the morning.
