I was trying to bring up the fact that there are still lots of people who think dodge cummins trucks are superior in every way.

A lot of guys at work bought used ones off warranty because they had/ or their friend had a dodge previously that rocked, and they are all paying ridiculous repair bills keeping them on the road. Even 6.0 ford guys are laughing which should say something.

Pair that with the fact that from the get go you're putting up with a body and vehicle that even most dodge owners say is lame, and I think thats a fair enough reason to start this thread.

I realize plenty of people are happy with their dodge cummins unit, but it seems more and more are less impressed.

I replaced one side of ball joints, fluids, GPR relay, 4 sets of brakes, and 14 tires. I might get some new sway bar end links to fix those clunking, and needs a steering box, but those will last until I get around to it.

My first diesel was almost a Dodge, until I actually drove a bunch. Every single one was a POS rattletrap. It would also be a shame to end my personal Ford truck streak, now at 4. I test drove everything under the sun, and here's where I landed.
