I found the hood insulator.
I just need a 5 speed shifter, ****, boot piece along with the t-case shifter, boot, **** piece.

Hi Ed, thanks very much for the info. P is the most similar but the center is supposed to be a round socket for the ground, right? None of those look like the standard universal 7-pin but P seems right. Also, the squared part of the circle is at 3 o'clock on my '08, it's at 4 o'clock in the diagram.
