460 perches (brackets, towers)

I'll probably be looking to sell the perches for the motor mounts after I finish swapping a 351W for my 460 in my '78 F150 2wd. What is a reasonable price for the perches? A boneyard in my area has perches for a 351M for $50/pair. I believe the 460 perches are more desirable, since most people seem to swap to the 460 and not away from the 460.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
-Chris

i paid 60 bucks for a set of 351m motor mount towers. How much do you want for those 460 motor mount towers? im thinking of doing a motor swap later on after i get my '65 re-restored.

Thanks for the input, I was figuring about $100, too. But, since we're short on time and the local boneyards were $50 or more, we found a buddy with the perches from a 351M and are trading straight up. I know it's not a fair trade, but at least it lets us continue the project right away w/out shelling out more cash!

Sorry Thickster, I wish I could help you out w/ the perches.

-Chris
