My first wife would get pissed when I worked on my truck. My new wife gets pissed if she can't help when I work on my truck. I think I won the lottery....
Stosh got mad one night when a bunch of members, including myself, called him out on his hypocrisy and bad attitude.
Stosh got on someone's case late last summer when they put an item in here for sale. Then, the very next week, Stosh came in here and he himself advertised some dream beams for sale, and he got called out on it. Instead of apologizing, he got nasty, called us all a bunch of ---holes, criticized the entire forum, and then announced what all of us members in here could do with this forum. The actual post was deleted because he got so nasty with everyone. I haven't seen him in here since then and I understand that he left numerous members in here out of their money for items he didn't deliver.
Well that is a LOUSY thing to say, Brad. If Stosh didn't like the same questions in here being asked all the time, he should have just IGNORED the post instead of getting ugly and posting a nasty comment. I have personally seen Stosh give grief to new members in here and crude comments if someone did something to their ride that he didn't like, just like the comment directed to ri_truck_guy.
Yes, there are LOTS of people here with good advice but WITHOUT his nasty attitude. Off the top of my head I can say that Franklin, 81-F-150-Explorer, NumberDummy, and Conanski (and many others) has always given good advice to people in here, including myself, and managed to be friendly and nice at the same time.
This is a message Stosh sent to me, after I bought something from him about a month before he left. I sent him a money order for $100.00 and after four (4) weeks, I never heard from him nor received the items. So then I started calling him and emailing him to either return my money or send me what I paid him for, and this is how he responded:
Tell me, Diesel_Brad, how would YOU "take him" if he sent this to you?
I bought several things from Stan without one incident. I dont know what to say
To be honest we've already spent too much time discussing this guy. He's not even around, yet he still manages to be devisive. He's stormed off in a huff more than once. The site is a little more congenial now. Be happy with that.
Now it might actially be safe in here, He is the main reason I quit coming to this section of the forums, even though I own an '86. I may be around more often now.
