Ever since I bought the truck about two months ago I have had a starting issue where the truck cranks over good and then when it finally catches it stumbles and shakes for about 3-5 seconds and sometimes it dies because of the stumbling. After about 5 seconds it levels out at about 650-700 rpm and idles smooth and runs good from then on. It does this at every start however its worse when cold. I know its not glow plugs because i just swapped those out about two weeks ago. It also smokes a pretty good amount of blue smoke for a while at start up but clears up in 10-20 seconds and like i said it runs fine from then on. Just wondering what you guys think. I hope that makes some sense.

Thats what I was thinking because of the blue smoke at start up but I wasn't sure if that would cause the stumbling.
