front camber

My front tires started to angle out at the bottom about a year ago. (The springs sagged) I have a six inch lift on my truck. The lift brackets also have holes at four inch. I thought that maybe I could move the TTB pivots and straighten up the tires. I mentioned it on here and was told that it would be too much. I did some math and that info is correct.

I recentlly changed my ball joints and was going to change the camber at that time. But when I got it apart, I found that the camber sockets could only be adjusted "in" at the top.

So I got the idea of drilling new holes in the pivot brackets at the five inch lift point. I moved the pivots and it turned out great! it wasnt that hard. Might help someone else.

Makes perfect sense. If 4" is too much then effectively "splitting the difference" should be dead on.

I'm sure its not "dead on" , but its a whole lot better than it was. It was starting to look a little comical. Ther truck seems to drive better on uneven/crown roads. (this may be my imagination) It should make the tires last longer.
