Yea, mine has been flashing periodically like that, 'cept minus the battery
light. I plan on buying a cheap code reader when I can find one. (I think
mine is a vacuum leak?) Good luck!

Codes are CM 327 and 328.

Continuous Memory Code 328 or 327 indicates that the EGR valve was closed further than normal or EVP sensor or circuit has failed with an intermittent low voltage sometime during vehicle operation.

Possible causes:
Poor continuity in EVP harness or connectors.
Intermittent open or short in EVP sensor or harness.
Damaged EVP sensor.

oh dang lol learn something new everyday. well i don't think it's the EVP sensor i changed that back in the summer so i have a feeling it might be my EGR that's doing it.

Thanks
Kyle
