HELP!!! seat problem

soo i leaned my passenger side seat forward and then slid it up and now it slides back and fourth but dont lock in place when i try to lean it back up

there is a prong on the side of the seat rail that looks very similar to a fork that locks into the slide rail. You may have to take the 4 torx bolts out of the mounting frame and turn the seat upside down to see if there may be something lodged or binding preventing the fork from locking.
