wow old thread. If you're doing a TTB 44HD or TTB 50 to 60 swap, you need:
85.5-91 kingpin F350 Dana 60
-or-
92-97 balljoint F350 Dana 60
'85.5-'97 F350 4x4 drag link
'85.5-'97 F350 4x4 tie-rod
'85.5-'97 F350 4x4 track bar and track bar bracket
possibly the F350 4x4 front driveshaft (depending on your lift)
You're pitman arm will work on the F350 drag link, as well as you're brake lines. I believe the F250 springs will be fine on the "new" front end.

Looks like good info.
My springs currently arch upwards on my front end, please tell me this is normal. I think my truck may be lifted somewhat. Is there a way to tell? I will take some pics tomorrow and post up a few.
I cant remember the exact beginning year... think it is 85, but from 85 to 97 the D60 is a straight bolt in. You will need the steering, track-bar, and track-bar bracket. I did mine using the one ton springs but I've read it can be done with the 3/4 ton ones. If you use the one ton springs then you will need the rear block from a one ton to raise the rear up... I think the difference is about 1 1/2''. The rear springs them selves are pretty well the same if not exactly the same between the two trucks.
There is a tech writeup here at fte... look in the tech articles
Edit: I forgot to say that I have used the D50 drive shaft with no problems... The donor truck I bought (89 F350) had a c/v or ball and trunnion front u-joint.
Sharp lookin' truck you have there. I'm diggin' the black and silver two tone. Now to hunt down the tech article...

Am I right in assuming the f350's were more common with 4.10 gearing? I dont know if my 3.55's would be a good match for 33's with a camper on the back. Even with the ZF.
I might take a trip to Gary's this Saturday after I pull some doors and a bumper off a doner I have sitting by Coaldale. Thanks for the tip!
and 4.10 are more common in the f 350s...there are many of those at garrys...hell i can think of at least 5 sterlings sitting there, just off the top of my head and theres a d44HD solid axle and a d44 coil sprung solid axle in a 78 bronc...i spend more time there than some of the mechanics LOL...ill probably be cruisin round there this weekend to...looking for a driveshaft for my NP-205 and another shifter for the twin sticking haha...
