HELP

I have a 99 PSD F 250 it has just started a new trick it will just shut off. I have replaced the CPS and it still does it I have an old style superchip in it the one that just plugs in to the ECM box with 3 settings on it i was told that they go bad. Has anyone else had this problem i took it out this morning to see if it will help and am going to dealer for some recall work I have a code reader and the only thing that comes up is the KAM senser code figured it was from changing it. i am kinda lost on this when it dies it will have the SES light come on and if I turn the switch off it will start back up so far the CPS that I have had go out in the past usually will not start back up. ANY IDEAS???????????

I have a TS 6-position,many have DP.They are both great chips and will give you what you want. The customer service is great for both as well.If you live in the south Tony may be your man.Clay(Riffraff)sells the DP as well. You will be pleased with either one.....Do not install the chip with the key in the ignition!!!!!!!!!

I live in the midwest just thought the TS dealer was closer there is one in IOWA and it seems a little cheaper i know that thats not always the best but I am going with a set of injectors too so money is a little tight there might not be anything wrong with my other one other than it came loose it just gives me an excuse to get something bigger and better.....Is your truck a auto how will the tranny take it?

Your chip is made by TS, but the tunes are TDP (Tony). TS has their own tunes, which are nothing like Tony's. Glenn (03_PSD) had a TS chip and had Tony re-burn it with new tunes. He can tell you more about the difference between the two, but he's happy with the upgrade.
