Stiffy Engine Torque Damper
I was wondering if a Engine Torque Damper would fit on a truck? 
I have a 03 Explorer Sport Trac 2wd 4.0l.
Also if anyone has one installed, how has it helped, or have you even noticed a difference?

I don't really see how it would make much of a benefit to you as a daily driver. If you had built a high torque race car and you had a problem with torque moving the engine around then maybe you would need it. But i see no benefit for a daily driver
