My squeal continutes.... Need help!!!

Hey guys and gals, i started a thread a while ago about a whicked squeal that i had coming when i would turn. At first i thought it was the PS Pump, so i did a fluid flush, didnt get any better, but then it eventually got slowly better. Brought it to a buddies house, we took the tires up, put it on a lift and turned the wheel and it was still doing it. Then i started thinking it was the ball joints but i wasnt sure. Then it got better again, so i didnt think anything of it. Well, now it's back with a vengance. loud and annoying. There is no difference in how the truck turns, it is just a very loud squeal. The red circe is where the noise is coming from:

And it makes a noise turning side to side if you have both front wheels off the ground? What happens if you spray it with WD-40?

Lay a 2 x 4 next to your front tire on the outside. Place a crowbar over the 2 x 4 and stick it under your tire (with the wheel still jacked up) Press down on the crowbar so you're prying the tire upwards. Repeat this while someone watches this area. Is there any slop in there?

Whether the wheels are on or off the ground, it still makes the noise. I havent check to see if there is any slop in the wheel or not. Tomorrow i am going to go out there jack the front up and do something my buddy told me to try, and i will also try what you say to do Chris

I have seen ball joints that didn't have slack, but were just dry and squeaking. Try prying up on the rubber seal on the upper ball joint and spraying some lube in there, as suggested. It should work its way down into the socket and silence the squeak.
