F350 brake question

My 06 F350 6.0 King Ranch brakes can be pushed clear to the floor if I press hard, with the engine running. The dealer said this was normal for this truck. The truck will stop OK. is this the same with your truck?

I would say not normal, especially if it hasn't always done it

So you are saying, that with your truck, you can not push the pedal to the floor?

You can push mine down too but it takes some force... I think it's normal with the hydro-boost brake system. They have a lot more boosting power than a conventional vacuum assist system.
