Rear End Gears

Does anyone know where I can get a set of gears like 279's for a 3/4 F250. I need to reduce RPM and do not want to change Transmission. I have 331's now but I run at 3500rpm at 60mph 460 under the hood. And did ford make a 3/4ton axle that had 279's or higher? If so what year?

Rear End Gears

I've got a 3/4 with 3:73 rear and it's only turning 2600-2800 @60 with 215/75R16 tires. With the taller 7.00-15's that were on it before it only turned 2200@60. I put the smaller tires on it to get more torque to the ground.
