well i wasnt sure if i should post this here or in a more general forum, but i figured you guys should be able to help. as far as my VIN, title and registration say, i have a 1988 f350. whats got me wonderin is why the hell do i have TTB up front? did 1 tons ever come with TTB?
Look for the Vin on the frame. Someone might have had a rusted out f250 4x4 and found i nice 2wd f350 body. I do know that some time in the 80's F350's had TTB, not sure when they stopped. Maybe yours was built late and still had the TTB. It's hard to know what's going on with these trucks that are 20+ years old. Seems like I find something that was rigged together in a funky way every day on my truck..
Yup, that does not sound like an '88 F-350, I would know, I own one.
But that sounds like my rig! A bunch of half-assed crap haha. Buuuut.. going to be working on the F-350 all day tomorrow with a buddy, the GF is out of town lol.
