Anyone able to decode what looks like "OE15" or "OE19" stamped into the top of (between the rockers about center) on a set of 351W (so stamped also) heads.. Just curious as to what the numbers mean.

351W heads

That looks like the date code Ford cast into most of their parts. It goes year, month, day. Therefore, May 15(or 19), 1970, is when they were made. You should also have a part number similar to this cast somewhere: D0AE, if it is indeed a '70 head.
