Center console for 79

I was wondering if anyone has come across a center console that would fit in a 79 regular cab with non-stock bucket seats. Specifically, I would like one that I could modify to accept a ratchet auto shifter so I could bang gears easier without having to hunch over and worry about leaving knuckle skin on the dash. Anyone out there have a system like that?

About the only way to get what you want is to make it yourself or have it custom made.
