Has anyone seen a source for these or had any experience replacing them? I think the drivers seat in my truck is wearing out. The back left corner sits really low and I'm almost hitting the plastic trim around the seat. I feel like I'm falling out the door and wanted to see if I could firm that cushion up. Thanks.
I haven't done anything about this, but I have seen a few threads about seat cushion replacement and it doesn't look too hard. PartsGuyEd has the replacement cushions I think.
I didn't even have to remove the seat. I took off the cover on the left side of the seat where the power seat and recline controls are, and removed the two bolts that hold the rear of the seat to the bottom. Then I was able to just un clip and pull back the seat cover, take the old cushion out and put the new one in. Took me 30 min tops. The old one was split and deteriorating, the new one is much more supportive.
