Speedo Issue and ABS Light
Ok guys,
For weeks I have been seeing a 2000 F250 std cab xl rwd truck at a repair shop sitting near the house , and since I had so many spare parts accumulated for superdutys I went inside and over the last 2 weeks negotiated a cheap enough deal ( $800 cash ) and bought it. I will end up swapping alot of cosmetic items like a box , tailgate and bumpers in the next couple weeks. It was a work truck for a marble and granite co, which went under in the economy. 85,000 showing on the speedo, 5.4 auto but has a check engine light and an abs light lit. When I test drove it I saw the speedo stays at zero. Then I drove it on the highway and the OD light flashes and will not shut off. You turn the vehicle off, and the OD light stays off till you are at highway speeds. . Truck runs smooth and drives nice. What sensors would I start with for the speedo ?
