ok once again im back with another problem that i dont have an answer for. i was going down the road today and my truck started acking like it it was a) out of gas b) water in the gas. ok i know that it aint outa gas and i m kinda sure there aint any water in it. at any rate it got so bad it finally died. this aint the first time this has happened however, the last time it did this my buddy told me to unhook the battery and let the computer reset, and it worked! i did this today and low and behold it worked again. can someone tell me what the hell is wrong here? and befor anyone says the obvious "you need to have the codes pulled", i dont have the resources to buy a reader and there aint any garages around here that has the right stuff to do it.( i know its retarded). at any rate someone plz help. o and its a 92 f150 300 6cyl 4x4 dual tank 4spd with o/d

find a scrap piece of wire or paperclip and pull the codes
