Making progress....put the Motor/Tranny, also purchased my wire harness along with a chrome tilt shifting column.

What engine is that? The tall valve covers are cool.

The motor is a 355 Chevy.

Decided I probably should of just painted my motor black the first time. The cast iron color just doesnt cut it compared to the gun metal grey metallic im wanting to do for my exterior color. So started prepping it.

white hall huh ????????? you know the other kevin { not me } from over that way with the 53's ???? anyway nice truck , but when i get the flatty back together in my ol' 53 and rewired and you happen to be over here in springpatch aka springfield , i'll have to put a hurtlock on yer chevy ................

if the flatty can't then i'll put a ford emblem on it and watch it fall to peices when it realizes it isn't a real engine ..........

. welcome to the site and you'll catch a lil' here for the driveline , but it's all in good natured fun .............. except pendick he's kinda ornery and mean !!!!!!!!!!!!

there's a few of us on here from the middle of this corn field called central illinois too .... twise , stu ,myself , the other kevin , tardster , on and on .
