Gauge cluster problems
One side of my gauge cluster works all the time. That side is the MPH, oil pressure and fuel. The other side with the tack works sometimes. The tack bounces and the check gauge light comes on. Can anyone tell me what can cause this problem?

Not necessarily.
I repaired my instrument panel --- never touched the FICM.
Check for bad connections to panel first.
Though YOU CAN HAVE bad connections to FICM as well... lube and clean all contacts.. then retest for FICM voltage.
