Has anyone heard if Ford is going to offer the locking rear diff across the entire F-150 line-up? Sure would be a nice option to have in something other than an FX4.
Chevey's new commercial is all about thier automatic locking rear axle and they are baggin' on Dodge and Toyota pretty hard right for not offering anything but a LS diff.
I have not. I don't really see it being an option for the whole line up as there's probably isn't a demand for them. I could be wrong though haha.
Although Ford stated that the '11 Super Duty will offer an off-road package on both gas and diesel rides which includes " an electronic locking differential, Hill Descent Control, branded tuned shocks, and skidplates."
I do like that commerical. It's not too over the top, but it gets the point across for sure.
