Power steering adjustment

Hello I recently replace a power steering gear on my 1975 f150 and the problem I'm having now is there is a little bit of moving left to right on my steering wheel just to keep it straight it mostly moves more to the left. is that screw with locknut is to adjust that problem I'm having if so how
do I go about it on adjusting it. any help or info will be great.
