OK, so i just got home from the stealership about the problem with the CPS...and, they changed mine from the black to the gray, now the truck runs like crap...there is no help for that, but, they also told me that my #7 fuel injector wiring harness is "bad" and they wanted $518 to fix it...that just ain't happening until i get some input from my FTE brotherhood...
So, is this harness really "bad", or is it just loose, and is there a fix for it...aside from spending all this loot for their repair???
and, i am still in need of a black CPS if anybody has one they want to part company with...any help...?????
Do a search on "uvch",there are a ton of threads on this.
Not uncommon at all,not expensive, very DIY.
so, i followed the advice and read what i could about the uvch...so, this is the quarter mod huh...???...lol...i guess through trial and error, they'll probably all get done at some point or another...the mods...either through desire or necessity...lol
and i thought you said this wasn't expensive...it's already cost me 50 cents and i haven't even raised the hood.....rotflmao
I think you will be fine once you get a black CPS in there... Or even try an after market one from your local parts store...
Nolan...i'm gonna check the uvch on both banks and install the quarters, just for piece of mind...but, i agree, the problem started when Ford stole my black un, and it'll probably get fixed when i get Lisa's in the mail...
