Does anyone know where I can find the clips that hold the wiring harness to the inside fender walls. I am looking for original clips and have looked everywhere I can think of. The clips I am looking for are for a 1970 F100.

I seem to remember seeing things like you want in a catalogue at the body shop that painted my truck (1972 f-250) I was looking for side moulding clips and they were there also. The parts house had the same book.
Maby if you have one good one you can match it up. Seems that they are `generic` to most cars and trucks for several years. Sorry I don`t know the name of the MFG....
If you mean those D-shaped hard plastic wiring holders with the closing clip on one end (hard to described) try one of the Mustang catalogs like autokrafters. 67-68 Mustangs used at least 3 different types and there are more available; the most common is a flexible strap type with a pin that shoves thru the hole in the fender liner. Those are cheaper than the hard plastic type.
