removing front driveshaft

removing front driveshaft
how do I remove the front drive shaft? I removed the 4 nuts and the ubolts at the diff. how is it held to the transfer case? I was expecting it to slide out but does not seem to do that thanks in advance.

There are 4 bolts that bolt to the front output flange. Some have allen bolts, some have regular bolts. After you get those out, you may have to bump it with a hammer to get it to break loose. But there are bolts at the transfer case.

+1 Break out the BFH if it's the first time it's ever been removed!! Almost like it's welded on there!!
