chassis help

chassis help
Hi to all. new member from Oz. Bought what I thought was a 77 F350 crew cab 4WD.Since I joined FTE and have checked the VIN on the cab and chassis it turns out the cab is off a 77 F350 2WD-460 motor and C6 tranny.The chassis is 78 F250 4WD- 300ci motor.It does have a divorced transfer case though.Would anyone have a pic of a bare chassis as mine has some mods at the front and I would like to take it back to original.Also, the badges I was given are F 350 Ranger- would these be correct?Gotta say this is a great forum!

77 f250 crew cab 4wd,front view
w/out cab and bed...this was a short bed cab and chassis , that was stretched to accomadate an 8' bed
78/79 4wd frame, notice the lack of cross member across front of frame and the front spring mounts

chassis help
Thanks for the pics lostinfords, mine has had the original crossmember removed and 3 new ones installed.Would post some pics but I can't seem to get it to happen. Any advice?
