390 knock when cruising

The knock doesn't seem to be fuel pump related. And pushing in the clutch slightly while I'm driving doesn't eliminate the knock either. The cam gear is actually metal (probably already has a newer one in it), and I think its ok.

I had a quick talk with my mechanic, and he thinks it sounds like the timing chain.
