Frame damage on carfax

Frame damage on carfax
I am looking upgrade my f 250 to a 2004 f350 6.0l diesel.
Great looking truck and the price is good, Small dealer but I have pulled the carfax and truck seems to check out. The only thing that is strange is on the carfax it shows frame damage when it was last auctioned, it was a lease return. The dealer says that was when the fifth wheel was installed they bolted into the frame and because of that the carfax now shows this as frame damage.
Has anyone ever hear of this before ??
