When driving normal everything sounds normal but when you tromp into it like when passing there is a breif extra bit of eccesive rattling. What could it be? I'm thinking that the exhaust valves rockers may need readjusting. What do ya'll think?

No ajustment in the valve train for these trucks...
Its timing, ICP pressures and fuel left in the cylinder. I used to get it back in the day with the Fuel7 program from TS... Should not happen when in lower hp settings.
Its not good, but its not horrable so long as its just in the higher HP settings and under those conditions.
