no battery power!
so after i was done installing my stereo yesturday, i was surprised to see that i am not getting any power from my battery! i took out all the new wiring and put it back the way it was and nothing! I attempted to jump it today and nothing! I cant even turn on my lights. any ideas on what it is? the battery is about 5 or 6 weeks old.

I second the fusible link. My guess is the hot-at-all-times grounded out at some point during the install and melted the fusible link. Been there, done that. It's not a bad idea to disconnect the battery when putting in a stereo.

Probably at the worst time you can imagine. I suggest replacing the fusable link now..why you are home in your driveway with your tools nearby
