V10 open loop richening?
How or what do I need to do make my truck run in open loop?

get a tuner...

i suggest a SCT from Mike...hes a sponsor here and his tuners and custom tunes are top notch anyone who has one, is totaly happy with his product and service...

A flash tuner is about the only way to set up PCM to set down/up into open loop. Give us an email if you have any questions.

MUCH more power and torque when at heavy or WOT, and cooler exhaust gas temps for longer life of the manifolds,studs and cat converters.
