Driving home after about 2 min. of drive time truck hiccups and dies... Classic CPS issue. Turn off, turn on, runs great for driving for about 1/4 mile dies. Same thing. Cranks with NO FIRING for 20 revolutions i let off. Try to start 3 more times nothing. Try again fires running on maybe 2 cylinders romping like crazy and smoking white like a steam engine. I shut it off. Wait 5 min. fires fine runs fine drive 1 mile and hiccup and die. Fire, drive, die 2 more times. Stop wait 2 min. turns over 15ish times fires runs on 2 cyl. dies. Park for 10 min. fires first try runs great make it to GF's house down her drive way make three point u-turn to park. Park rev it 10 times running great not smoking. after 11th rev. to about 2000rpm hiccup die no restart. Then i gave up.
First time it died no SES light. Second time SES light. P0344 (cps code) also have a 1211 (ICP code) and 0238 (turbo boost code.)

And just as an extra good thing my girlfriend was more then happy to help me...
Always nice when it's the easy fix.
I got lucky and mine went out as I pulled into my in=laws driveway Christmas eve about 2 yrs ago. Luckily I had a spare already in the glove box and my father-in-law loves working on engines. Took all I had to keep him out of the way! hehe
