I have a buddie with an '04 E-250 that he wants to add cruise to. I did it to my '06 but can't remember where I got the parts. They came in as genuine Ford OEM parts, including the steering wheel, clock spring and wiring harness but were from an aftermarket company. Anyone know of a good source? I think I found mine through Ebay but a seach just brought up nothing.

 

These people have one for a 05 van. Call them to see if they have one for a 04.
