"DUAL FUNCTION RESERVOIR" Help!!
Okay, I have a 88 F-250 with dual tanks, the BS dual funtion reservoir has always been an issue with over flow from rear to front, now its locked out both tanks from the High pressure pump. . I took the "DFR" out and removed the lid and exposed the orange diafram, (I didnt know what I was doing) it was folded over. From reading other threds on how it works, I Imagine being folded over there was not any pressure from the front or rear tank to actuate the valves. Now it runs fine the pumps deliver fuel to the high pressure pump, BUT what ever tank I use it spill over into the other....... WTF can these be rebuilt? Where can I get Parts? Where can I get a new one? The Local auto stores dont carry it let alone know what it is excluding Napa. I have not tried the dealer yet, I been there before looking for Cams that adjust your Camber they looked at me as if Carbs crawling out my ears. Any feedback would be awesome. thanks guys,
