'Ol Rusty Pics
Awright now guys...don't be snickerin' at 'Ol Rusty!
Somebody painted her gold with a paintbrush...I think it's lacquer. The original color is a reddish burnt orange.
Here's her rear end...I've got some tailgate closing problems on this side.
Here's a shot of my custom Realtree seatcovers w/Mossy Oak floormats....you can see the original orange on the floor.
Yeah...it really runs, I SWEAR!
No...I'm serious...IT RUNS!! haha...hey, check out my JB Weld on the aircleaner assembly!

Here's where "Ol Rusty" gets her name....
Left rear wheel opening
Right rear ...
right cab corner...
she has lots of scabs and scars...also notice the dent at the bottom middle of the rear window.
Both sides of the cab roof panel and window drip rail are in rough shape...
Well, I hope to look back one day and be able to shake my head at how rough she was. But I gotta tell ya...I LOVE this truck man.

That's not rusty, you need to see what's in Eastern Canada for rust. I'm rebuilding a 78 S cab that needed the roof replaced, both doors, fenders and hood. And she's going to be a custom flatdeck. I would jump for joy if that was my truck you have there, she's well worth some time to fix her up.

It looks like its in real good shape for the year it is. So what are you going to name it when all the work is done to it? It wont be rusty after its done. You could build a carport or something an run some heat & lights to it for temp.
