Should I replace head gaskets

My 98 F150 has 160,000 on the 4.2 engine, I started pulling the intake as it's been using coolant and the runner control actuators are bad. Should I do the head gaskets while it's apart? The plenum has sludge residue all through it and actually drip some coolant on the floor. The engine never hydro locked or overheated nor has it been apart either. Any other issues I should address while it's apart?
Thanks John

hi, i would leave the head gaskets unless intake runner control rods need to come out and add the timing cover gasket to your list. "cleanliness is next to godliness" with the strip-down. good luck bokker.
