Fuel system problem

99 f-150 with a 5.4. getting spark but no fuel. Ive replaced the fuel pump, filter, and fuel pump relay. no pressure at schraeder valve. I then disconnected fuel line from filter and cranked engine, plenty of gas spewing out at this point. I then reconnected line and cranked engine again but still no pressure. Would the fuel pressure regulator be the next thing to try or does anyone have any other ideas? Any replies would be greatly appreciated as Im losing patience and money quickly

I would pull the fuel rail and check for any obstruction like rust inside.

keep on with the diagnostics that you started, but continue up the the fuel line. ( not familiar with you engine, I own a 4.2)

1. you removed the filter and you had flow
2. remove the fuel line after the filter and crank to verify flow
3. follow the fuel line to the fuel rail making sure it isnt crushed.
4. disconnect the fuel line before the fuel rail and crank to verify flow
5. disconnect pressure regulator and crank to verify flow through the fuel rail

Might help with locating your flow issue. Just a thought. let us know!
I dont know this one, would a fuel filter installed backwards prevent fuel flow?

My Daughters Cavalier had a fuel pump problem, but no schrader valve. I bought a Fuel Pressure Gauge that goes inline(replaces the fuel filter) to verify correct fuel pressure. She had a semi crushed fuel line after the filter. Testing the pressure at the filter told me that I had correct pressure at the pump, but lacking pressure some where after. Maybe I was lucky that her car had no schrader valve, I might have replaced the fuel pump and still had the same problem.

Was the original pump checked after removal to see if it was bad?
We've put several pumps in over the years that are new that are bad or
go bad in a month's time. Removing a line and having fuel flow is not a
good test on any fuel injected system. You can have alot of fuel flow and
no"real" pressure. Test pressure at schrader valve with pressure gauage.
Should have 40-60 psi. with cycling the ignition switch on and off and it
should hold the pressure. If it builds the pressure but doesn't hold, try finding
a place you can lightly clamp the feed line as it could be bypassing at the
fuel pump and this will allow the pressure to return to the tank. If not the case
find a place to clamp return line, if it then holds pressure the Pressure Regulator
would be bad. We just put a pump in a Buick Rivera and the pump bypassing was
the case on it and it was a brand new pump.
New , more so these days it seems, doesn't equal to good!

im starting to lean toward an iced up line, as i have no pressure at all at schrader valve and no fuel flow between fuel filter and fuel rail. this would make sense i guess since the temp here in omaha hasnt got above 10 for a couple weeks. so with no garage to heat it up in, im trying to figure out how to thaw my baby now

Bic Lighter $1.09 Plus Tax. LOL , Seriously any source of heat would be hard to deal with when your talking about the fuel, but you have a easy way to make or break the idea of it being froze. Do you have a set of the tools to remove the Fuel Lines from fuel rail? It's a set of Plastic tools about 6 or 7 different sizes in the set? Remove line from fuel filter and from fuel rail and apply air pressure to see if the line is clear. Also you could remove at fuel filter and remove the schrader valve with valve stem removal tool, cover line with clean rag etc. and apply air pressure from schrader valve side blowing back toward fuel filter.
