does anyone have any manuals on the excursion they are willing to share? i saw a parts manual on ebay that looked interesting.

If you're looking for repair manuals, then some of the DVD's available on flea-bay are excellent.. Make sure you get a genuine Ford publication.. I got one from seller ultratoolz..
