blower motor

I have a 2003 excusion and my blower motor for the HVAC is making noise when you turn it on. I need to know how hard and in-depth it is to change one out. It doesn't look to hard, but looks can be deceiving. thanks for the help and Happy New Year

Very easy swap,get new blower and it's 10 minutes job.

Is it the 3 little screws that hold it in, if you don't mind can you tell me the steps in changing it out. Thanks

get the ventilation tube off ,disconnect power connector,remove the screws and remove
the blower.(there's a sponge gasket u can reuse it if u don't have new one)
Next have a beer.
