It's pretty easy Matt
Click on - User CP ( upper left of the blue FTE tool bar)
Click on - Edit your details. ( upper left hand column)
Scroll down till you will see, Optional information in the header, in that field you will see Custom user title. type in what you what, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save changes. Hope that helps.

It's an option available to supporters. Click on one of the supporter badges if you want to sign up. Otherwise you're stuck with whatever the default title is.
