Cool, $57 doesn't seem bad at all if it will make the shifts firmer and lock the TC up quicker. Does this actually do anything to prolong the life of the transmission? If I understand the descriptions I have read, the diameter of the holes you drill dictate how firm the shifts are? Sorry for my ignorance on this, but I have honestly been reading a lot about these kits over the past hour or so and I think some of them are running together in my head. I am very interested in what this particular kit does though.
Edit: I just noticed on the website you linked above that this kit is only for trucks up to MY 2001. So it wouldn't work for my 2003?

First I looked it up for a 2001 so that is the way it listed. It will fit from 1989 and up. The size of the holes and the new springs you install control the shift but I read a post that someone went oversized and it was still not harsh. I would not recommend that.
