Howdy Jr. & the rest of Mary's Land. Back from my trip, haven't filled Old Rusty to see how thirsty he was. Hoping he pulled down at least 15. Once I got out of St. Louse & set the cruise, I just relaxed. Uneventful trip, Old Rusty behaved very well for what's almost a 20 year old truck. Don't think I could have went down & back without stopping for fuel without dual tanks. Filled both before leaving, ran the first one down to about 1/8 tank on the way back & switched over. Ran the second one down to about ¾. Figure I'll fill him before I go to church tomorrow & figure out what he did. Cruised right around 2,000 RPMs at 70 MPH if everything is reading right.
