talked to him this afternoon, has whiplash, [really], and a stiff back.won't go to the emergency room, no health insureance, I told him that's what the pip on his ins is for. Personal Injury Protection.

Tell him to get his butt to the hospital, auto accidents go after the insurance companies, since he got hit from behind.....
