I have an 06 f150 with the 5.4 and wanting some cheaper easy ideas for a little more power and fuel economy, people I talk to say a throttle body spacer. If you have any opinions on that please email me that would be great.

 

Paper weight. Don't do it. Many have tried, no gains, just usually an annoying whistle.
