Rusted cab support

I'm in the process of putting in new cab bushing into my 63 Custom cab and have run into a lot of rust in the front cab supports. I need to find out if somebody makes a new support or if I need to have it custom made or if anyone has run into this problem and how they fixed this problem.

J.C. Whitney sells them, otherwise your next best bet is to cut a set off of another cab and it doesn't really matter what year they're all about the same

If you know someone who can custom build them, I would go that way. I used some of the aftermarket pieces (not Jc Whitneys but probably same manufacturer) and they are not as heavy as original parts.So far, they work fine, but I would at least look into the custom parts.
