injector o-rings

injector o-rings
I have a 96' F-250 PSD manual tranny with 249,000 mi.
Apparently its time for new injector o-rings. I remember reading a thread sometime ago on an O-ring part kit number. Does any one have that kit or parts number? Is there an up grade for these o-rings ( more durable, better material ???) another question is there any pics or video on how to remove the injectors and reinstall? tips, hints? I am very capable just have never done this before. When the injectors are out is there anything specific I am supposed to look for in the way of damage or excessive wear?

Here you go, this will save you some money. You want to stay with OEM, many have had issues with the aftermarket ones.
When you replace them make sure you give the new o-rings time to shrink up before you put the injectors back in the block.

With those kind of miles, unless they have been rebuilt in the past, maybe you should have them checked out for wear. I know, money, money but it might save you a lot of work later on if you have to pull them again.
