1979 Trim/options question
ok, so hopefully I can get a winter benchracing/hillbilly meeting question solved.
I searched some but did not find a definitive answer....
Did the Explorer Package only come as an add on to a Custom Trim or was it an option on higher trim levels?
Was there such thing as a Ranger with Explorer package for example?

It varied by year, but yes Explorer Rangers, and Explorer Customs were avaliable together.
The Explorer was a loose cannon due to its limited edition status, each year had different rules, and no two years were the same.
